Terms of Service

The short version

You retain ownership of everything you upload. Paid plans are sold and billed monthly by Polar, our merchant of record, with a 14-day money-back guarantee you claim by email, and you can cancel or delete your account at any time.

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using PixGlory ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

The Service is operated by DevGlory LTD, a company registered in Bulgaria (EIK: BG205670946).

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

3. Service Description

PixGlory is an image infrastructure platform offering multiple services:

Image Processing

Bulk image optimization, conversion, and resizing. This service allows you to:

  • Upload images for processing
  • Convert images to various formats (WebP, AVIF, JPEG, PNG)
  • Optimize and resize images
  • Process multiple images in batches
  • Download processed images

CDN Delivery

Global image delivery via our edge network. This service allows you to:

  • Serve optimized images globally via CDN
  • Deliver images with edge caching, hotlink protection, and CORS controls
  • Create and manage CDN projects

Additional services may be introduced over time and will be subject to these Terms.

4. User Accounts

When you create an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Not share your account with others
  • Not create multiple accounts for the same person

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

  • Upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content
  • Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Upload malware, viruses, or malicious code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
  • Use automated tools to abuse the Service (excessive automated requests, scraping)
  • Circumvent usage limits or subscription restrictions
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these policies.

6. Content Ownership

Your Content: You retain all ownership rights to the images you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process, transform, and store your images solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

Storage: Your uploaded and processed images are stored until you choose to delete them or delete your account.

Our Content: The Service, including its design, features, and functionality, is owned by DevGlory LTD and is protected by intellectual property laws.

8. Subscription and Payment

Pricing

Each service has its own pricing tiers (Free, Starter, Pro, Scale). The CDN service also offers a Pay As You Go option. All prices are in Euros (EUR). Current pricing is available on our pricing page.

Billing

Paid subscriptions are sold and billed by Polar Software, Inc., which acts as merchant of record and as the seller of record for tax purposes. Your purchase contract for payment is with Polar; your contract for the Service itself is with us.

Subscriptions are billed monthly. By subscribing, you authorize a recurring charge to your payment method until you cancel. Polar issues your invoices and handles applicable VAT and sales tax.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.

Refunds

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new paid subscriptions. It is exercised by asking: email support@pixglory.com from the address on the account within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full. No form and no reason are required. Because Polar is the merchant of record, the refund is issued by Polar to your original payment method, normally within five business days. After 14 days, refunds are at our discretion.

Price Changes

We may change our prices with 30 days notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing period.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may:

  • Perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice
  • Experience occasional downtime due to technical issues or updates
  • Modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice

We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from service interruptions.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DEVGLORY LTD AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
  • Any damages exceeding the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim

This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability (contract, tort, or otherwise).

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DevGlory LTD from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third-party rights
  • Content you upload to the Service

13. Termination

By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or illegal activity.

By You: You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.

Effect: Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Deleting your account also deletes the images, batches and CDN files it owns, and that deletion starts straight away rather than after a waiting period. Where we terminate an account ourselves, the same deletion runs within 30 days. Records we are required to keep, such as transaction records, are retained for the periods set out in our Privacy Policy, which is the single statement of how long anything is kept.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bulgaria. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bulgaria.

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you retain any mandatory consumer protection rights under the laws of your country of residence.

15. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. For material changes, we will provide at least 30 days notice via email or through the Service.

Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and DevGlory LTD regarding the Service.
